Genre

Works in the collection fall into thirteen different categories: Articles, Bibliographies, Conference Proceedings, Conferences and Lessons, Interviews, Letters and Correspondence, Forewards and Introductions, Records, Reviews, Essays, Dictionary Entries, Monographs, and Miscellaneous. The Essay genre includes writings of a highly specialized nature which appeared in professional journals and texts, whereas Articles are usually brief and sporadic contributions to daily newspapers or periodicals for non-specialist readers. Records are considered reviews or references to Bobbio's texts.
